Gujarat Craft Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations, and the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
